Callido has operated on the Czech market since 1997. Our goal is to provide both private clients and firms with consultancy services in the field of real estate financing and housing projects. The firm?s mission is to offer expert solutions, with the emphasis on customers? needs and ethical provision of financial services.

Our long-term collaboration with several real estate agencies and developers, who benefit mainly from reduced administrative costs and enhanced customer confidence, is proof of the quality of services. In its work for corporate clients Callido has arranged the financing for several apartment block construction projects, including unique financing solutions for cooperative housing construction.

Callido provides its services through a team of full-time employees and partners who undergo regular training to guarantee their expertise. We do not operate a network of dealers.

Who finances us

Our services are financed through commissions from banks and home saving banks ? as a result the customer obtains our services free of charge. We only charge fees for certain non-standard services.
