Mortgage for buying real estate without proof of incomes

Applicants can obtain a mortgage without proof of incomes regardless of the reason why he can?t prove the necessary incomes, and do so under exactly the same interest terms as if they had documented their incomes.
You can get a mortgage without proof of incomes on the following conditions:
- up to 50% of the estimate price of all pledged real estate, whereby more than one item of real estate may be pledged
- maximum loan maturity of 30 years
- loan provision fee of 0.7% of the loan amount
- monthly fee of CZK 150 for account maintenance
- interest fixation of 1, 3 and 5 years
- unscheduled payments of any size can be made up to the end of the interest fixation term
