Located in Českomoravská Street in Prague, on the site of a former office building, where an originally designed modern multifunctional building was erected with 158 flats, 11 studios, and retail spaces.
Housing in Vestec - 2005
17 clients out of a total of 27 buyers who decided to buy a new flat as part of the "Housing in Vestec" project by developer TLS, financed the construction of their flat through Callido. The project was successfully completed and building approval awarded in 2005.
Flats, Černošice - 2005
Callido devised a unique method of financing cooperative flats. In collaboration with Česká spořitelna we managed to prepare the financing of 6 cooperative loft flats in Černošice so that members of the cooperative - clients - could pay their membership dues through their new cooperative flats.
Zahrada housing cooperative, Hostivice - 2002 to 2004
From 2002 to 2004 Callido assisted in arranging loans for members of the Zahrada Housing Cooperative, which successfully culminated in the construction of 180 new flats in Hostivice in West Prague. Callido secured a total of 35 loans worth CZK 70,315,000 for participants in the project to pay for member contribution.
Rotavská housing cooperative, Prague 13 - 2002 to 2003
One of the more extensive projects undertaken at the turn of 2002 and 2003 was our assistance in arranging loans for members of the Rotavská Housing Cooperative, which successfully culminated with the construction of 270 new flats near Lu?iny metro station. Callido arranged a total of 58 loans worth CZK 11,869,000 for participants in the project to pay for member contributions.
